As we reimagine the concept of ‘senior photos’ into what I like to call a visual resume, it's all about diving deep into the essence of your personal story, capturing the layers that make you, well, you. Of course, we'll capture stunning, timeless portraits that you’ll use for professional submissions. But we're not stopping with what's expected. It's about exploring the places where you feel most alive.

Location

The outdoors. Natural light and diverse landscapes. I'm particularly fond of locations like beaches, fields, and open spaces. If there's a place that holds special significance to you, I'm eager to hear about it. Choosing a location that resonates with you can add depth and personal meaning to your photographs.

Styling

Our narrative is also woven through the threads of what you choose to wear. I invite you to wear what you feel comfortable in and what feels like ‘you’. If you need some direction, embrace the palette of the earth—subtle, soft hues that reflect the natural world.

Consider a piece that tells a story, perhaps a statement item or a treasured heirloom, to bring a layer of depth to your photographs. Accessories, too — hats, jewelry, etc. allow your personality to shine. And for that effortless connection with nature, wavy, beachy curls capture the playful dance with the wind, while a glowy, natural makeup look with a hint of highlighter celebrates your inherent radiance. Remember, the details matter, from the tips of your fingers to the toes peeking out; choose a look for your nails that you love.

Experience

I understand that standing in front of a camera might not come naturally to everyone. But worry not—I’ve done this countless times and have worked with individuals who, just like you, rarely find themselves in front of the lens. Consider me the hype woman you never knew you needed. Throughout our session, I’ll provide guidance on posing and ensure you feel completely at ease. We’ll engage in an open dialogue about what looks best and share ideas and poses that work well. This collaborative approach not only makes for a comfortable experience but also results in genuinely captivating photographs that truly reflect you.

As we approach the date of your session, 1-2 weeks in advance we’ll sort out all the logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for you. There's absolutely no reason to fret over the preparation — simply showing up is enough. Our focus will be on capturing stunning, authentic images that truly reflect who you are.

Four-six weeks after your session your images will be delivered to you via an online gallery. You’ll be able to download, order prints, and share them with your people!

Your gallery will remain open for 12 months after your session, giving you time to return to your images and order grad announcements, prints, and gifts for your loved ones.

In a digital age, the true essence of our experience begs to be felt in the texture of paper, in the weight of a photograph. I advocate for printing these stories through the dedicated service linked to your gallery, ensuring that what you touch is as authentic and pure as what we captured.

I take pride in highlighting you just as you are, so I kindly ask that we keep these images as they are, free from additional filters, maintaining their authenticity whether they're shared online or cherished in your home.

Sharing

When you share these images, you're not just spreading joy; you're weaving me into the fabric of your community, and for that, I'm immensely grateful. Each shared image is a bridge connecting our worlds, and I'm so excited to see which moments resonate with you the most. Please, when you do share, remember to include me with a simple tag. It's a joy to witness the life these images take on in your world.
